TBCH   ACADEMY
OF   KATHAK

Reena Lele is a founder of the The Beat Craft Heritage ( TBCH ) and one of those fortunate artists, who realised the purpose of their existence through dance and rhythm, and have started to experience its essence while pursuing Kathak as my full time passion and profession.

As we all know, there's no substitute to a Guru - a person who is our guiding light on the path of attaining and excelling the art. I am extremely grateful to have received the tutelage and constant guidance and support from my Guru Tejaswini Sathe, and the noble blessings of Guru Maneesha Sathe.

While I was completing my Visharad and Masters in Kathak, what struck me, was the extremely grand legacy and heritage of Kathak, out of which, I merely am going to try to tap a small aspect through my venture of The Beat Craft Heritage (TBCH) , with the motive of encouraging all my fellow artists.

The Beat Craft Heritage (TBCH) was founded in 2020 by Kathak dancer Reena Lele , TBCH has started a new journey to get evolved into a Kathak Academy catering to over students of differing backgrounds ages ranging from 6 onwards.

TBCH Academy of Kathak in Pune that motivates on classical dance as a form of therapy; Through regular classes, workshops, and events we make training in Kathak available to all keen learners in Pune.

TBCH have recently launched a new venture called 'Nrutya Vividha' with a motive to create wholesome content for all artists and art related professionals through interviews of legendary dancers and related personnel's. The purpose is help spread useful content within and outside of the art fraternity, for a clearer understanding of how should one groom himself while perusing art as a career.

The main intent behind this initiative is to know what exactly it takes to be an artist, other than practicing the art itself. This includes the diet, routine, mental health and other aligned artistic activities which would make the life of an artist more and more prosperous as also would help him develop a more holistic approach while perusing the art.

TBCH wants to be the medium to initiate these talks with legendary artists, who know the field in and out, and can help us budding performers to get better in what we do. Reaching out to maximum people over this subject, and helping everyone work harder in their art fields, with a better understanding of the art they practice, is what we aim to do.

So far we have published 13 interviews with legendary dancers, actors and directors like Guru Maneesha Sathe, Guru Shama Bhate, Guru Roshan Date, Guru Sucheta bhide Chapekar, Dr. Mohan Agashe, Shree. Satish Alekar, Shree Dilip Prabhawalkar, Guru Raghunandan Panshikar, Guru Vaibhav Arekar, Guru Tejaswini Sathe, Guru Shambhavi Dandekar, Nikhil Phatak, Vibhawari Deshpande and more exciting interviews to be published in this year.
